“Bound” Mixed Media, 2008
About the Art; Form and Content:
My thesis show was entitled “Bound.” The pieces shown here make up the six piece series that was shown in April 2008 in the Zilkha Gallery. All six of the pieces ranged from slightly larger to much larger than human scale. Every piece was made with the gallery space in mind. (The gallery is 34ft x 14ft x 27ft high. The walls are made of grey limestone blocks.)
